The hotel's location is amazing. It's very close to transportation. the staff is efficient and helpful. I loved the front desk, cleaning, and breakfast teams! the complimentary drinks were a great bonus. the beds are super comfortable.

I noticed that the room furniture looked a bit old and stained. It could use an upgrade.

The location was fantastic, right next to the train station. It made getting around so easy! i received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. It was a very welcome surprise. the rooftop restaurant provided delicious food coupled with wonderful city views. the free minibar was a nice amenity. I certainly enjoyed it.

The room decor could use some refreshing. The furniture felt a bit outdated.

the location is very central making it easy to access the queen st station. the staff are very friendly and helpful giving me a warm welcome. i found a lovely selection of drinks and treats in my room. the bathroom mirror also had a heated function which prevented it from steaming up after a shower.

the communal areas in the hotel are starting to look a bit dated in areas.
